No wonder why everyone fell in love with the most beautiful race in the world.
Before the race, in 1000 Miglia Village always rules a unique and contagious excitement: you can feel it in the excited eyes of the drivers, in the concentration of the race technicians, in the enthusiasm of those lucky enough to experience some of the most awaited moments such as Punzonatura and the Village Parade.
Errecom customers have seen with their eyes the Mercedes-Benz 190 SL from 1956, sponsored by Errecom and driven by Jean Claude Chalhoub: an icon of La Dolce Vita, a symbol of freedom, the European car that made its screen debut with Grace Kelly and Frank Sinatra in the unforgettable ‘High Society’ and enchanted the jet set.

The event continued with the first edition of La Dolce Vita: an exhibition of some of the most beautiful vintage cars and supercars ever. The public and free event has been organised with MeAuto Club and the valuable cooperation of Enrico Barba, under the auspices of the Municipality of Corzano. Over 50 vehicles from 1926 to today were on display, 19 of them 1000 Miglia eligible. These include two unique pieces from 1926: a Bentley Speed Model, a 4-cylinder 4.5-litre engine, which took part in the 2001, 2002 and 2003 editions of 1000 Miglia as well as in several club races in England, and a Bugatti Type 35, a 8-cylinder 2-litre engine, the road version without compressor of the glorious Grand Prix cars.
And speaking of glory we cannot fail to mention the famous Maserati A6GCS from 1953, a 6-cylinder 2-litre engine, which belonged to the pilot Luigi Musso. He won the Italian Sport Championship in 1953 and 1954, the third place in the 1954 edition of 1000 Miglia and countless victories and placings. In addition, he took part in the 1953, 1955, 1956, and 1957 editions of 1000 Miglia.

Among the vehicles dated after 1957, then, we have to mention the Porsche 911 2000S, which belonged to the driver Giacomo Agostini and won the Porsche Classic Restoration Competition in 2021, different models of Ferrari and the first fully electric car with the setup for the ‘Campionato Italiano Velocità Montagna’ the Tesla Model 3 whose owner, Alex Caffi, was the special guest of the event.

Unique, popular, legendary. La Dolce Vita has been a celebration of the most beautiful cars of all time and has engaged the visitors, thanks to the stories kindly shared by the crews. Conceived with the desire to celebrate the beauty of the past and present automotive industry, La Dolce Vita also managed to entertain such different audiences: Errecom customers from all over the world, car enthusiasts and the local community.
Motori 360°, an Italian popular motorsport program, conducted different interviews during the evening: the President of Errecom, Luca Ronga, the mayor of Corzano, Giovanni Benzoni, Alex Caffi, a former Formula 1 pilot who still competes in numerous competitions, some of Errecom’s customers, who shared their feedback about the event.
